You will develop, implement and keep current a distribution plan for the content assets. This includes the entire digital media spectrum; own and Partner websites, Own and partner mobile apps, as well as domestic and overseas linear channel distribution partners, such as device manufacturers, Telco’s, other platforms and Pay-TV Operators.
You will work closely with the Heads of Product and Data and Insights as well as the Chief Digital Officer in order to develop new digital commercial opportunities, all the way from concept to business plan to and including successful commercial negotiation..
You will track and manage the key commercial KPI’s of the Digital Business.
You will propose, develop and nurture such key third party relationship that lead to a broad range of content.
Leading media company based in Abu Dhabi
Over 5 years experience in the key areas outlined in the Role.
Formal qualifications in the areas of business development and commercial management, MBA from gained at a leading institution preferred.
Proven and demonstrable track record of leading revenue growth within the media industry, including through the identification and negotiation of partnerships with Platforms, Telco’s and Content partners.
Direct experience of structuring, negotiating and implementing agreements.
Well networked internationally, as well as in the region, able to call on friends and acquaintances in leading companies.
Well versed in financial analysis, the construction of business cases.
Able to interact and present at C-level as well as occasionally at Board level.
Capable of motivating a small but hard working team of 3.
