Program Manager will be accountable for successful delivery of a program that will comprise of multiple related projects in multiple markets.
? Person will be accountable to meet time, cost and quality objectives. He/she will need to lead a team who will be consisting of multiple roles
? He / She will be the key contact point for business stakeholders and will need to present regularly in the steering committee.
? Person will need to interact with senior management on both business and technology side.
? He / she will have to ensure that right processes are put in place.
? He / She will need to spend time to coach and mentor the project managers. Person should be self driven, take initiatives without being asked and should need no monitoring.
? He / She will be work in a matrix organization structure where only project managers will report to him /her
? Role will define strategy for banking platforms and provide strategic direction to Build and Run teams. It will face off to all senior stakeholders of the bank including Head of Retail, Corporate, FI and Treasury functions.
? Execute projects and programs related to Digital Channels through which we/customers interact with each
? Involve in new system implementations, system enhancement and fixes. Conduct requirement collection, requirement studies, analysis, functional / technical design, development (internal / external) and unit / system testing according to SDLC procedures

- Minimum Qualification/Training:
o Degree in engineering with specialization in computer applications.
o Minimum of Twelve+ years’ experience in developing large, mission critical and secured application solutions
- Field of Specialization
o Must have techno functional knowledge of Electronic Channels
o IT systems, solutions and service management in banking and finance and telecom sector.
o Integration services, technology architecture, data warehousing and customer channels.
o Experience in system design, application architecture and application integration involving legacy and distributed systems
o Six+ years’ experience with object oriented technology, open systems and reusable component based application development
o Recognized expert in development of complex application integration solutions in a financial services environment.
o Expert in understanding of technology planning and infrastructure development

o Must have excellent communication skills
o Must have high EQ and the ability to deal with diverse personalities and stakeholders
o Must have played the role of program manager for at least 4 years and should have led a team of project managers.
o Must understand open systems technology, should be able to grasp the architecture and should be technically savvy enough to understand the technical risks / challenges and issues of the project.
o Must understand project and program management discipline in depth and should have the right leadership skills to lead and mentor a few project managers.
o Should be able to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders.
o Should be able to thing strategically and should be able to foresee what can go wrong and should be proactive enough to address risks before they go wrong.
o Should be able to provide references on request.
o Should have managed IT budgets, should have good understanding of financial concepts.
o Must have had hands on technology experience for at least 8 year
